The staff were amicable people especially the receptionist and double room was the best. Central heating, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk were standard, but I loved that. The setting was unbeatable, near to Mua Caves and Trang A, the restaurant and a quiet and beautiful nature, frendly and helpful staff. You can find Cosmic Kitchen next door to the hotel to a have lunch.

The staff were amazing and friendly. They let me into my room at 5 in the morning and gave me a free breakfast. Free bicycles available to explore the area. Good location next to Hang Mua Viewpoint. Helped with organizing bus to next destination.
Felt at home instantly, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a homestay in Ninh Binh and had a great Easter break. The best aspects of my experience were the free bicycles provided by the hotel, which allowed me to explore the beautiful surroundings easily. the location of the homestay was perfect, with stunning views of the nearby landscape. Lastly, I really enjoyed the fact that there was always hot water available, which was perfect after a long day of exploring.
There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired.

The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of our needs were met during our stay. the location of the resort was also impressive, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. We particularly enjoyed the fact that bicycles were available to use free of charge, allowing us to explore the beautiful nature at our own pace.
That the bikes provided were in poor condition, making them difficult to ride. the breakfast offered was not up to par.
